Transformers 3
Transformers: Dark of the moon features the iconic Milwaukee Art Museum with its opening wings. MAM became a symbol of Milwaukee. It was designed by Spanish architect Santiago Calatrava.
The scene that is featured in Transformers was shot in two days in the summer of 2010 in the sun-lit cathedral-like interior of the Quadrakki pavilion. It is used in the movies as a part of corporate headquarters for a billionaire bad-guy.

You forgot one: Ed Gein: The True Story. That's not the exact title, but it's about the serial killer who lived Plaineville, WI. I heard about that one from my grandparents and was talking to your son about that. That freaks people out because his story inspired "Psycho" and "The Texas Chainsaw Masscure" movies
